  1. Are Seacraft Gallery’s ship and boat models completed and ready to be display?
    Most of our wooden ship, boat and general models are fully assembled and ready to be displayed. They are handcrafted from scratch by skilled craftsmen. They are not kits. The yacht (sailing boat) model is shipped with the masts folded down for secure during transit.
     
  2. Are all of Seacraft Gallery models available in stock?
    All of our models on our website are available in stock and ready for dispatch, except the products with ‘out of stock’ note.
     
  3. Can I see the models before I purchase?
    We can arrange for you to come to see our models at our premises. Please contact us at 02 97096252 or model@seacraftgallery.com.au and our friendly staff will organise for you.
     
  4. How long will it take me to receive my order?
    Your order will be dispatched on next day for same day for orders finalised before 11.30am and most of the time it takes only one day (sometime two days) for delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast with our express courier companies. 
     
  5. How much is the shipping cost for my order?
    Our shipping calculation system will show the freight when you enter your postcode for delivery on your shopping cart. Shipping cost to overseas vary depend on your order and destination, please email info@seacraftgallery.com.au for international shipping. Please note that we do not put mark-up on freight. 
     
  6. I need something fast? Can I arrange for express delivery?
    Don’t worry if you need something urgently. Please find what you’d like to order from our website, then contact us at 02 9709 6252 or info@seacraftgallery.com.au then we can help you out with same day or overnight service.
     
  7. Can I come to pick up my purchase?
    We can organise for you come to collect your order at one of our warehouses in Yagoona. Please advise your request by phone 02 9709 6252 or email model@seacraftgallery.com.au
     
  8. If I place an order online, how can I pay for it?
    You can pay your orders using Bank Transfer; major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, JCB; and Paypal
     
  9. Can I make payment by bank transfer?
    We do have an option for paying by bank transfer at check out.
     
  10. What can do if I cannot complete my online order?
    If you have any technical problem that cannot complete your order, please call us at 02 9762 6252, ore email info@seacraftgallery.com.au our friendly staff will help you through the ordering process. 
     
  11. Does Seacraft Gallery ship its products to overseas?
    Yes, we do offer shipping to overseas. We have been sending many of our wooden models to New Zealand, Europe, America and Asia Pacific. Please find out more international shipping here.
     
  12. I’ve got my order but there’s a problem with it?
    Sometimes things go wrong. Don’t worry, we will help you out. Please open the box and check your order upon the receipt to make sure everything is good. If there’s a problem, please let us as soon as you can (maximum within two days from arrival). We will get it right for you by a replacement, repair or refund.  
     
  13. What is return policy?
    All of our models come with 30-day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Please find out more about our return policy.  
  1. Does Seacraft Gallery offer lay-by?
    We are happy to offer lay-by any models over $150 up to three months.
  1. I cannot find my favourite models, can Seacraft Gallery make custom model?
    If you can find your favourite model boats on our website and you would like to have a replica of your own boat, we can build custom models for you. Please email us model@seacraftgallery.com.au with your requirements then we will advise the quote and the completion time.  
  1. Does Seacraft Gallery have display cabinets for boat/ship models?
    We do have the plexiglass display cabinets in different shapes and sizes to display your boat and ship models and preventing them getting dusty. Your boat models will be lasted for long time and look more valuable while being displayed in our hardwood display cases.
  1. What materials Seacraft Gallery uses to build our model?
    We select the quality solid woods such as acacia, pine, teak and imported mahogany, which are grown in tropical countries that sustainable to our environment. The sails are made from fabrics and decorative fittings are made from metal that custom-casted for our model ships and boats. No plastic is used on our model boats and ships.
  1. How our model ships and boats are packed?
    Our wooden models are packed with great care for maximum protection during transit across Australia and around the world. Our model ship is packed securely into a wooden crate and heavy-duty carton box outside. Model boat and cruise is packed into custom-made foam blocks with carton box outside. 
  1. I have a voucher code. How do I apply it?
    If you've received a Seacraft Gallery voucher and want to use it, simply add any products that you'd like to your cart and proceed to the checkout. At the checkout page, you'll have an option to apply a voucher code. Insert your code and click "Apply Coupon." Your cart should then automatically update to the revised amount.
     
  2. Can I become a stockist for Seacraft Gallery products?
    We have been supplying our wooden boat and ship models to Museums’ shops and retailer shops across Australia. If you are shop retailer and want to stock our handcrafted wooden models, please send through an email about your business details including ABN, Contact Name and Phone. Then we will process and set up a trade account for you. Minimum order of a trade customer is $1,000.
  1. Does Seacraft Gallery offer wrapping service for corporate orders?
    Seacraft Gallery can offer wrapping service and placing your business name / logo on our wooden models for large quantity orders for your corporate events.
