About the Cruisers Yachts 45 Cantius

The Cantius series changed the way North America thought about express cruisers. When Cruisers Yachts launched the first 48 Cantius in 2010, it broke the mould with a radical idea: put the galley, helm, saloon and cockpit all on one level, wrapped in panoramic glass, so that everyone aboard shares the same space — whether cooking, cruising or relaxing. The concept proved so popular that the 41 Cantius followed, and in 2013 the 45 Cantius arrived, applying everything the builder had learned to what many consider the sweet spot of the range.

Measuring 45 feet (13.7 metres) with a 14’6″ beam, the 45 Cantius is powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS diesel pod drives of up to 435hp each — 870 horsepower in total — giving a comfortable 22-knot cruise and a top speed around 30 knots, with joystick docking that makes her remarkably easy to handle. An enormous electric sunroof, a fold-out galley window opening to the cockpit, and two unusually spacious staterooms below complete a yacht designed, above all, for sharing good times on the water.
