We understand that fast handling and delivery are very important for our customers.

We commit to bring as simple and fast as possible for your order delivery.

Delivery of your order is done with great care at Seacraft Gallery.

Dispatch/Handling time: If an order is finalised prior 11:30am on a business day, it would usually be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following working day, subject to the product is available in stock.

Delivery time: All orders are carried by express courier companies (not standard Australia Post) with transit time estimates as below

Tracking your orders

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail including tracking and estimated delivery date.

Receipt upon arrival of your orders

Signature must be obtained on receipt of the goods. If there is no one home to receive the goods, the couriers will leave a calling card into your mailbox and will take the parcels to depot for redelivery or collection. However, you can give the couriers permission to leave parcels at your premises without signature. Please advise us when you place your order.

Delivery address

Our couriers would not be able to deliver to PO. Box addresses. We suggest you provide residential address or work address for delivery if no home to receive the parcels.

If the goods arrive with damage or incorrect item

All of our models are inspected to ensure they are in good condition before dispatch. However, sometimes things go wrong during transit.  Please check your order as soon as possible upon receipt for any damage. Then contact us within 1 to 2 days if you receive a faulty or damaged model. We will be happy to offer you option of replacement, repair or refund.
