At Seacraft Gallery, one thing we always want to make sure is that our customers receive their products in top condition. That’s why we’ve taken the time to perfect our shipping and delivery system. We want to ensure that your product arrives in pristine condition, completely untouched and undamaged from its transit.

For our model ships, we take transit of something so large very seriously. We make sure that every single package that leaves our store has been thoroughly and safely packaged. To do that, we make sure that the model is tied up in a secure wooden crate with a large & customised PVC foam solution. Then, it’s also placed in a secure carton box to help keep it safe from any kind of environmental damage during transit.

For our model boats, we make sure that they are placed in a safe and secure PVC foam solution. This is placed outside of the heavy duty carton box, helping to keep everything safe and secure inside. It’s also what we do for our model yachts; we want every product you buy from us to arrive in pristine, safe condition.

We’ve worked around the clock with our team to make sure that everything we ship is done so in a safe, secure, and professional manner. Our model yachts, for example, are always shipped with the masts down – this helps to minimise the risk of damage being done to the masts during transit.

Last but not least, we also use visible “fragile” sticky tapes and signed stickers to help seal the packages. This means that couriers understand the importance of handling these products with due care.

On top of that, most of the freight is insured to cover any loss or damages, should something go wrong during transit. This can give you complete peace of mind, and total confidence in purchasing your models.

Free delivery Australia timeline

We offer free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $150. However, due to the large size of some items, customers in remote areas and Western Australia may incur additional shipping charges. While we strive to minimise these extra costs, please be aware that freight rates to these regions have risen significantly in recent years. We appreciate your understanding and will work to keep any additional fees as low as possible.

Tracking your orders

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail including tracking and estimated delivery date.

Receipt upon arrival of your orders

Signature must be obtained on receipt of the goods. If there is no one home to receive the goods, the couriers will leave a calling card into your mailbox and will take the parcels to depot for redelivery or collection. However, you can give the couriers permission to leave parcels at your premises without signature. Please advise us when you place your order.

Delivery address

Our couriers would not be able to deliver to PO. Box addresses. We suggest you provide residential address or work address for delivery if no home to receive the parcels.

If the goods arrive with damage or incorrect item

All of our models are inspected to ensure they are in good condition before dispatch. However, sometimes things go wrong during transit.  Please check your order as soon as possible upon receipt for any damage. Then contact us within 1 to 2 days if you receive a faulty or damaged model. We will be happy to offer you option of replacement, repair or refund.
